Automac Plastics Private Limited is situated at M.S.Ramaiah Industrial Estate, Mathikere, Bangalore - 560 054 India, was started in 1967 for providing the much needed Thermoset Plastic components, pressed components and small assemblies including tool making. The company is in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification from TUV.
FACILITIES IN OUR EXISTING UNIT The company has 100, 60 and 45 tons Hydraulic Plastic moulding machines and two numbers 30 tons and one number 20 tons manual machines. We also use High Frequency Preheater for preheating the powder for moulding thermoset components.
EXPERIENCE: We have a highly experienced technocrat at the helm of affairs, and a team of qualified technical personnel experienced in moulding industrial plastic components to meet the quality demands of our customers. Many of our clients, recognizing our consistent record of excellent quality have made us “a self inspection company many years ago”. We have also developed new products for our client companies by applying concepts of reverse engineering for import substitution. Automac has the ability to design & manufacture moulding dies/press tools by own capability as well as through its associate professional mould manufacturers.
